         We collect information from you when you (1)register on our site; (2)fill out and submit the form for report(s)/file(s) upload when your account will be activated.

(v)       Country(Default country is Philippines)

(vi)      Phone(Office/Home/Cellphone)

(vii)     Username(which should be unique in the system)

(ix)      And others which are optional like FAX and website URL;

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

         To personalize your experience(your information helps us to better respond to individual needs).

         Tobetteridentify appropriate users; and facilitate approval of users and/or uploaders of the system solely for its purpose;

         In the event of keeping track of submittedreport/files by the web/system admin(s) helps them to (1)identify the source(i.e. Name and Agency of the uploader) of the report(s)/files(s), (2)the date of file upload, (3) Thetype of file uploaded, (4)its filename (5)its size (in bytes); and (6) A short description (to identify its purpose) for upload/submission.

         A valid email address provided by the users of the system is used to email back a password reset request/automated email response whenever needed; and

         Whenever a user changes his/her password;

         To send periodic emails- The email address you provide may be used to send you information regarding news, updates and related information;

         To administer other site features/improvements;


How do we protect your information?

         Upon registration, the system filters harmful script code and escapes data of all POST data

from the user submitted form.

         This system provides code protects pages to only logged in users. If users have not logged in then it will redirect to login page.

         Provides security against session hijacking by checking user agent.

         It provides features for userís password encryption/hashing;

         Usersí access security level is provided by the system;

         A captcha system is employed to prevent automatic(robot) registration;


Do we use cookies?

         Yes, during user registration but the system provides security check with untrusted cookies.


Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

         WE DO NOT sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties you personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our Website(i.e. webhosting services) as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
