These projects were identified and prioritized by the beneficiaries themselves during the Project participatory Investment Planning conducted per barangay in 2010-2011 when the CHARM2 Project started. Now, residents were happy to benefit from these infrastructure subprojects.
Project Manager Cameron P. Odsey emphasized the need to sustain these projects as it is now turned-over to the community, thus, they should continue to operate and maintain the projects even as the CHARM2 Project ends.
The CHARM2 Project has already provided these communities with trainings on operation and maintenance and technical support to strengthen and ensure their capability to sustain and maximize benefits from these sub-projects.//Crislyn F. Balangen
